CRO Announce Mandatory Electronic Filing
The CRO have recently announced that paper submissions of certain forms will no longer be accepted from the 1st June 2017.
Electronic filing will be mandatory for the effected forms from this date.
The effected forms are as follows;
- B1 Form – Annual Return (including financial statements and electronic payment);
- B2 Form – Change of registered office;
- B10 Form – Change of director and/or secretary, or in their particulars; and
- B73 Form – Nomination of a new annual return date.
These forms can be e-filed through CORE (Companies Online Registration Environment) here.
If you are not already e-filing you should familiarise yourself with the process in advance of the June deadline.
