Back to Business at the CRO – Re-commencement of Involuntary Strike-Off Programme

The CRO has recently re-commenced the implementation of its enforcement actions under the Companies Act, 2014, having paused such actions during the pandemic.

Most notably, Enforcement Warning Letters are being issued to companies that have failed to file an annual return for one year.
