Beat the rush to avoid issues with Annual Return filings arising from new PPSN obligations

The new obligations to include Directors’ PPSNs within all Annual Returns since 11 June 2023 is likely to put considerable pressure on companies during the current peak annual return filing period, as highlighted by the Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, Dara Calleary TD, earlier this month.
