Requirement to disclose PPSNs with CRO Filings
On 11 June 2023, the CRO commenced with the requirement to disclose PPSN’s for the following CRO filings; A1, B1, B10 and B69. Non-resident Irish Directors are required to apply for a Verified Identity Number by completing a Form VIF – Declaration as to Verification of Identity.
Once the Form VIF has been processed, the Director will be issued with an Identified Person Number which can then be used for all future CRO filings.
